me
Hi! my name is Jessica. I grew up in a small honky tonk town in Nebraska named Burwell, where the main attractions are Calamus Lake and Nebraska’s Big Rodeo. I loved being able to grow up in a tight knit community where everyone is looking out for each other. I attended college at The University of Nebraska Kearney, and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences & nutrition. I really like how Kearney is a happy medium of city/small town living. I have lived in Kearney for the past 8 years and continue to enjoy watching the ways that it has evolved into a bustling economy.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, grabbing an iced coffee at a quaint coffee shop, binging a good Netflix series, or reading.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I was a stay at home mom to my two boys. One thing that motherhood made me realize was essential was creating generational wealth for my little ones. This is why I am passionate about achieving wealth through homeownership. Not only is it a mission of mine to accomplish that for my family, but also to help as many families as possible do the same.

I absolutely love everything social media! I think it is far too great a tool to not use it, especially when it comes to marketing your home! I enjoy taking professional looking photos, doing walkthrough videos, and showcasing homes in the best light. My goal is to get your home noticed by as many buyers as possible!
knowledge
I am the type of agent who is always researching market trends, and expanding my knowledge on everything real estate. I love pointing out facts about a home that buyers may look over at first glance. It’s important to me that my client’s know everything so they can make an informed decision, and most importantly feel CONFIDENT about being a homebuyer.
